In the Data team, we don’t work to just get through the day—we genuinely love what we do. Our job is to shed light on our customers—how, when and why they use the app, their likes and dislikes, and their inclinations and preferences. Building this picture helps our colleagues to truly understand the people they serve. Maybe that’s why we’re considered so integral—or maybe it’s something else. Either way, the mood here is phenomenal.
